Multiple cancellations/reschedules

If you have multiple cancellations/reschedules in a row i.e you book an appointment and you reschedule/cancel that appointment to later dates, 3 times in a row.  You will be required to put a deposit down in order to book another appointment.  This deposit is non-refundable if you happen to cancel or reschedule that appointment. If you show up to the appointment that a deposit is being held for, your deposit will go towards your services.  This policy is in order to cut down on the amount of clients rescheduling or cancelling their appointments with short notice, which does not allow us adequate time for other clients to take advantage of that available time. thus inhibiting other to use that time that spot and not allowing someone else to book that appointment that might want it.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment time, whether booking online or by phone.

Your credit card is not charged unless you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or no show your appointment.  We do understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored:

24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give us 24 hours you will be charged a late cancellation fee to the card on file that held your appointment. If your card is not able to be charged for any reason, you will have to pay the fee before you will be able to book another appointment. 

For all appointments, a no show is considered as not showing up for the appointment start time, and anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show,”  and a fee will be charged.  The fee can very depending on the service and the amount of time that the service(s) are blocked for. 

If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will not be extended.  You will only be given the time that is left in the time that is allotted for your appointment. Any paperwork that needs to be filled out will cut into your time left if you are running late.  Please be sure to show up 5-10 minutes early to have time to fill out any paperwork there might be.  If you are anything past 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show/late cancellation, and any fees will be charged.

 Out of respect to us as your service provider and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  If you late cancel or no show, we do not get paid, so please be aware of the appointment that you have booked.
